Artist Books

I was inspired to create this whimsical little book by one of my favorite Pablo Neruda poems: Ode to Wine. In the spirit of the poem, all of the materials incorporate wine and evoke the senses in some way, from wine-stained paper to ink matched to one of our favorite varietals to corks from old bottles enjoyed in our home with friends. The book was on display as part of the 2016 Tiny Book Show and the 2019 Long Live the Book exhibit at the American Bookbinders Museum.
