As a trained graphic designer, design and typography figure heavily into my work, methods and artistic processes. While I have extensive experience designing brands, marketing and advertising materials for clients, in 2016 I stopped pursuing traditional client work in order to focus on my fine art. 

I do, however, participate in design collaborations where storytelling is at the core of the the subject matter so as to engage others to connect more deeply with themselves and their community. Prioritizing the telling & preserving of stories that share lessons and experiences of cultural and moral importance is one way to signal our responsibility to the next generation; recognizing the fundamental role of these stories in community building is another.
